 Small Group MinistryIn the Small Group Ministry, our desire is for everyone to be able to develop close relationships with other Christians and in turn draw closer to Christ. We believe that a small group is an ideal setting for this to happen. What is a Small Group?It is a group, typically 6-12 people in size, that meets regularly to study Scripture, pray and support one another. As a part of a group you will be able to develop relationships as you grow and encourage each other in your Christian walk. By growing deeper relationships, we are able to grow in our accountability to each other and, in turn, to Christ. In short, small groups are a place where we can learn in practical ways how to become more like Jesus. Why would you join a Small Group?It's biblical. Our God, our Father, has a desire for us to grow in a relationship with Him and to encourage others. As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. (Proverbs 27:17, NASB) A small group is a place where your relationship with Christ and with other believers can grow deep.
